Edan’s Legacy of Giving
Edan wasn’t just generous; he was relentlessly dedicated to helping others, often without anyone knowing.
When a young boy with disabilities had no means to celebrate his Bar Mitzvah, Edan stepped in and arranged everything—making sure the family could celebrate without worry.
When a yeshiva student wanted to propose but couldn’t afford a ring, Edan personally funded it, ensuring the young man could take this meaningful step in his life.
Beyond financial support, Edan gave of himself—whether by dressing as Batman to bring joy to sick children through Smiles Through Cars, offering a smile and a helping hand to those in need, or simply finding ways to uplift others in moments of struggle.
To Edan, giving wasn’t an obligation; it was a way of life—an expression of love, faith, and his unwavering commitment to bringing light into the world.
Our Vision for the Future
Our foundation is dedicated to honoring Edan’s legacy by fostering Jewish learning, unity, and acts of kindness. While dedicating a Sefer Torah in his memory is our first step, our mission goes far beyond that. We are committed to creating lasting impact through meaningful initiatives that reflect Edan’s values and the causes he cared about.
Our vision for the future includes:
Expanding Access to Jewish Learning – Providing Torah books, siddurim, and essential educational materials to schools, synagogues, and communities in need.
Creating Spaces for Study and Connection – Building environments where individuals can come together to learn, grow spiritually, and strengthen their connection to Judaism, such as a Kollel.
Supporting Those in Need – Continuing Edan’s lifelong dedication to helping others through charitable outreach and acts of kindness.
Edan’s generosity and love for Judaism shaped so many lives. Through this foundation, we will continue his work—ensuring that his legacy of giving, learning, and connection lives on through action, not just memory.
